Base System Device Driver Vmware
As per the description, I understand that you found two Base System Device entries in device manager with yellow exclamation mark and later on discovered that it is because of missing card reader driver. You tried to update the card reader driver from Acer website but it crashed again after installation. So, following Acer instructions you tried to update BIOS and chipset drivers, you were able to update Chipset drivers successfully but BIOS failed to update. You are unable to install the card reader driver.
I would appreciate if you can provide us the following information to help us understand the issue better.
- What happens when you try to install the card reader driver? Do you get any error message?
- Have you reinstalled operating system recently?
Download crack crimes of war. Base system device under device manager with yellow exclamation or question mark generally when a card reader driver is missing or corrupt, updating the card reader driver can solve this problem.

If your computer came with a driver CD, I would suggest you to install the card reader driver from the driver CD or contact your computer manufacturer to get the appropriate driver installed.
You may also try to remove the Base System Device from the Device Manager and restart the computer to let the computer automatically update the appropriate driver through Windows Update.
- Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
- Click Device Manager to open Device Manager and click Base System Device from the device list.
- Right Click the Base System device and Click Uninstall.
